Churn (Customer Attrition)
The rate at which customers stop doing business with you.
Churn measures how many customers you lose relative to your total customer base. If you have 100 clients and 10 leave in a month, your churn is 10%. Low churn is critical for a sustainable coaching business. Reducing churn is often more profitable than acquiring new customers.
Example
A coach has 50 monthly paying clients. If 5 cancel per month, churn is 10%. The goal might be under 5%.
