ROI (Return on Investment)

The profit gained relative to the cost of an investment.

ROI measures the profitability of an investment. It's calculated as: (Revenue - Cost) / Cost × 100. If you invest $100 in marketing and get $500 in sales, your ROI is 400%. For coaches, understanding ROI of both client acquisition and client lifetime value is crucial.

Example

SalesMade.ai costs $299/month. If you get 3 new $500 clients per month, ROI is (1500-299)/299 = 402%.
