Upsell
Offering a higher-priced or expanded product to an existing customer.
Upsell means offering a customer a better, more expensive, or expanded version of a product. This is an effective way to increase customer value since existing customers are 60-70% more likely to buy than new leads. For example, offering a premium package to micro-product buyers.
Example
A client bought a 4-week workout program. Upsell: 'Want the 12-week comprehensive transformation program with personal support?'
